I have a little bit of a hybrid background. I have a background both in medicine and law. I graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine as well as Brooklyn Law School. I hold both a medical doctorate as well as a JD degree.
Gary Zucker and I joined forces several years ago to form one of the most unique law firms in New York City and the U.S. My particular area of focus is medical malpractice cases. I also have a lot of experience with personal injury, severe catastrophic injuries as well.
There's nothing I care more about than listening to a person's problem especially if it's a big problem and trying to understand what I and what we as a firm can do to solve that issue. The nature of our work, fortunately or unfortunately, is that we deal with clients and patients whose lives have been devastated, and when we resolve a case that would allow a client to now get the proper medical treatment they deserve and that would allow a client to now rehabilitate their life and try to get back on track to living their lives, the amount of happiness that the clients convey to us and the amount of gratitude is overwhelming.
